Notice Regarding Legal Authority To Bind Thompson Equip, Inc.
Only the authorized corporate officers of Chadwick Baross, Inc. (hereinafter “Thompson Equip”) shall have the legal authority to bind Thompson Equip to any obligation and/or agreement whatsoever. No legal contract or agreement, or modification or amendment to any legal contract or agreement, to which Thompson Equip is a party will be valid or binding upon Thompson Equip unless agreed to in a formal written document signed by an authorized corporate officer of Thompson Equip. Authorized corporate officers of Thompson Equip are only the C.E.O and the President. An employee of Thompson Equip who is not an authorized officer of Thompson Equip has no actual, apparent, or implied authority to legally bind Thompson Equip in any manner whatsoever.
